A coach's read on every run.
StrideSight reads each run from your watch and writes what a good coach would say about it: what the session was, how it went against your recent training, and what to watch next. It remembers your whole season, so you can ask it anything.

Six even reps, and the last was the quickest at 3:36 without heart rate passing 174. Three weeks ago the same session ran about four seconds slower per rep at a similar heart rate, which is the clearest sign yet that the threshold work is landing. Keep tomorrow genuinely easy.
Like texting your runs to a coach, without the copying and pasting.
Every run, analyzed
A few minutes after your watch syncs, the run is in the app with a written analysis. Easy days get a sentence or two; workouts and races get the detail.
It finds the workout
Intervals, tempo runs and races are picked out of the raw data, rep by rep, with recoveries and heart rate, so the coach talks about the session you actually ran.
It knows your season
Your race times, training paces, heart rate habits and what you've told it about injuries or goals carry from one run to the next.
Ask it anything
"Is my marathon build on track?" "Why did today feel so hard?" The coach looks through your history before it answers.
Three steps, then just run.
Link your Garmin account
One sign-in during setup. StrideSight only reads your runs; it never posts or changes anything.
Train as usual
Save the run on your watch. There's nothing to log or tag, though you can add how it felt.
